Farm Visit

Farmer Kevin will be bringing along some beautiful animals for us to interact with. We will likely see a pony, a wombat, a duck, some rabbits, a goat, some sheep, and some chickens.

If your child has younger siblings they are welcome to come for a visit too. Please come along during the last hour of the session once the kinder children have had a good go.

Please let us know if you have any concerns about your child and this experience.

Learning Outcomes For Our Farm Experience -

IDENTITY – For the children to communicate their feelings and needs for comfort and assistance.

For the children to be open to new discoveries and to explore their sense of touch with the animals.

COMMUNITY – For the  children to develop an awareness of the impact of human activity on other living things.

WELLBEING – For the children to demonstrate trust and confidence.
